We welcome positive and critical reviews about genuine experiences with Jacksonville Elite Movers. Every rating follows the same moderation process. Submissions may be held while we confirm the business or booking, or removed for spam, duplicates, threats, unlawful content or exposure of private information—not simply because the rating is low.
A “Booking verified by JEM” label means our team matched the review to a JEM booking. Website-submitted reviews and external reviews are labeled separately. Any external review displayed here retains its source attribution and original link.

Jacksonville Elite Movers (JEM), operating through jaxmov.com, is not affiliated with U-Haul and does not conduct business with U-Haul.
Moving providers listed or booked through U-Haul under the same or a similar name are separate businesses. If your booking was made through U-Haul, please direct service questions, complaints, claims and reviews to U-Haul or the provider identified on your booking confirmation.
